Room decoration is a little shabby, it is a cheap place and it looks definitely so. Everything was clean and working, though.

We especially enjoyed the advantage of a spacious parking lot, which made it convenient to drive to and from the location.

Friendly staff, convenient location near highways and railways for going into Venice. Limited train service at closest station, so driving to Mestre and taking the train from there works well. Clean rooms, very good hospitality, and helpful staff. Big rooms with full comfort. Enormous breakfast served with a smile. Personnel even facilitated transport to and from Venice late at night. During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed two things in this hotel: first, the spacious parking area that was right outside the entrance, making it easy for me to unload the car and second, the location of the hotel which was ideal. What I loved most was the friendliness of the staff, who provided excellent service with a smile.

The hotel had one major downside for me: the lack of air conditioning in my room made it quite uncomfortable during the day when it got very hot. This was especially annoying because when we opened the window for some fresh air, the noise from the courtyard made it difficult to get any sleep.
